Key Responsibilities
- Promote the courses and programs to prospective students and clients
- Provide consultations and respond to inquiries regarding enrollment and course options
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
- Maintain accurate sales records and update the customer database regularly
- Assist in organizing promotional events, open houses, and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the academic and admin teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new students
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and persuasive ability
- Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Ticktok, Messenger), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and CRM software
